About the role
- Associates degree and two years (Bachelor's preferred)
- Assessment Center experience required.
- A working knowledge of computers is essential.
- Excellent word processing and spreadsheet computing skills are required.
- Must exhibit excellent interpersonal communication, telephone, confidentiality, and customer service skills.
- Job requires flexibility and the ability to multitask.
- Willingness and patience to answer questions from fellow proctors and to assist in launching and concluding exams.
- Requires the ability to hear, talk, see, read and write on a constant basis.
- Constant sitting, standing and walking within the office area. Infrequent lifting and bending.
- Requires the ability to interpret and understand complex assessment instructions, to use problem solving techniques as they arise and to reason to make decisions
- Due to access of testing materials, current Ivy Tech Community College students may not be considered for the position.
