About the role

Paws and Claws Pet Sitting and Dog Walking is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pet care team in Silicon Valley. This part-time role starts at 10-15 hours per week with pay at $25/hour, potentially increasing as responsibilities grow. You will coordinate team scheduling, manage client communications, recruit and onboard new staff, and provide weekly updates to the owner, helping the business run smoothly and grow.
