About the role

Van den Heuvel Bouwbedrijf zoekt een Projectleider/Werkvoorbereider die onze unieke projecten tot leven brengt. Je bent de spil tussen klant, ontwerpers en uitvoerders en draagt zorg voor een naadloze realisatie van villa’s, utiliteits- en renovatieprojecten. Je regelt vanaf de eerste schets tot oplevering en bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Een HBO-diploma Bouwkunde en minimaal 3 jaar ervaring zijn aanbevolen; je denkt vooruit, communiceert helder en biedt maatwerk aan elke klant. #J-18808-Ljbffr
