About the role

OVERVIEW: We’re hiring our first Community & Content Manager to build the places where golf simulator players gather, talk, and create. Infinite Tees is golf simulator software built to run on any launch monitor, with new courses added all the time. This is a builder role. Infinite Tees is launching into Discord, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook, and you’ll be the voice players meet there every day. If you already spend your evenings in sim Discords arguing about course design, this job is written for you. WHAT YOU'LL OWNCommunity operations Run the Infinite Tees Discord and Facebook User Group: structure, moderation, rules, and daily presence Show up as a real participant on Reddit and in the wider sim community, not as a brand account Launch and run the course-builder bounty program: intake, review with the product team, payouts, and recognition Recruit and support creators and course builders who make Infinite Tees content Turn community feedback into a clear weekly signal for the product team Native content Capture and edit your own short-form video: gameplay clips, course flyovers, new-course drops Own a steady publishing cadence on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and RedditSpot what’s working in the community and turn it into content fast ReportingTrack community growth, engagement, and content performance monthly Share what you’re learning with the Head of Marketing and recommend where to push next Your first 90 days Days 1 to 30: Learn the product inside out. Take ownership of Discord and the Facebook group, set moderation rules, and start a weekly posting rhythm. Draft v1 of the bounty program rules. Days 31 to 60: Ship the bounty program. Publish short-form content at a steady cadence. Capture and share content from PGA Show 2027 (January 26 to 29, Orlando).Days 61 to 90: Deliver your first monthly community report. Sign the first creator and course-builder partnerships.
WHO YOU ARE: You play golf simulators and know the scene: launch monitors, sim software, course design, and the debates around them 2+ years building or running an online community, for a brand or on your own You can shoot and edit short-form video quickly, on a phone or a PC capture setup You write like a person, not a press release, and adjust your voice by platform You’re comfortable moderating: setting rules, handling conflict, and staying calm in public threads You work independently and turn loose goals into a plan without being managed day to day
Nice to have:
  • You’ve built courses for golf simulator software
  • An existing following or reputation in sim golf Discords, subreddits, or YouTubeExperience running a creator, ambassador, or bounty program
  • Familiarity with Discord bots and community tooling
  • A real golf gameOTHER DETAILS
Type: Full-time
Location: Remote, US-based. Occasional travel to events, including PGA Show 2027
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Hours: Core weekday hours, plus planned evening and weekend coverage when the community is most active Support: Product and technical support questions go to the Infinite Tees product team. You flag patterns; you don’t run the help desk

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
