Jersey Mike’s Subs in New Jersey is seeking a Design Specialist to assist in the design process for constructing Jersey Mike’s Subs restaurants, coordinating design development for retrofit, relocation, and new sites. Under the Senior Design Specialist, you will manage architectural layouts, coordinate with real estate and architects, and ensure timely submission and approvals. Proficiency in CAD, BlueBeam, and Sketch Up is required along with 2+ years of experience in architectural design.
