What You'll Do:
  • Run residential service and repair calls: water heaters, fixtures, repipes, drain issues, leaks, gas lines, and general plumbing diagnostics
  • Deliver a premium customer experience - clean job sites, clear communication, and honest options presented on every call
  • Build accurate estimates and present options using Service
  • Titan on a company-provided iPadMaintain your truck, inventory, and paperwork to company standards
What We're Looking For:
  • Journeyman Plumber (License preferred, but we can help!) or ability to obtain reciprocity quickly 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience preferred
  • Strong diagnostic skills and comfort presenting options to homeowners
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • A team-first attitude, we're building something, and culture matters here
