Principal Power Systems Architect
Location: Remote Nationwide or Hybrid in Houston

FocusDefine system level electrical architectures for modern hyperscale, AI, and HPC data center environments.
Develop innovative approaches to medium voltage and low voltage power distribution, reliability, resiliency, and scalability.
Serve as the organization's technical authority during customer engagements, executive presentations, and strategic partner discussions.
Collaborate across engineering, product management, business development, manufacturing, and executive leadership to guide product direction.
Translate emerging electrical technologies into commercially viable customer solutions.
Build technical roadmaps that align customer requirements with future infrastructure trends.
Evaluate new technologies, industry standards, and evolving data center power architectures.
Support strategic partnerships with utilities, engineering firms, OEMs, EPC organizations, and infrastructure providers.
Provide technical leadership throughout the product lifecycle, from concept through commercialization.
Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry conferences, and technical forums.
Required Qualifications:
Deep expertise designing modern data center electrical infrastructure.
Experience with power distribution architecture for hyperscale and high performance computing environments.
Executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, investors, executives, and strategic partners.
Extensive experience developing medium voltage and low voltage electrical system architectures.
Strong understanding of electrical reliability, resiliency, redundancy, and mission critical infrastructure.
Experience influencing product strategy through technical leadership.
Demonstrated success working across multidisciplinary engineering organizations.
Strong understanding of emerging trends impacting AI infrastructure and next generation data centers.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with hyperscale cloud providers, mission critical infrastructure organizations, OEMs, utilities, engineering consulting firms, or advanced power technology companies.
- Experience supporting commercialization of emerging electrical technologies.
- Familiarity with advanced cooling technologies, power conversion systems, or innovative electrical distribution methods.
- Previous experience within startup or high growth technology environments is highly desirable.
