We're hiring a Crew Chief based out of Forest Hill, MD to lead operations across our food truck/trailer locations and support continued growth.
POSITION: Crew Chief (Food Truck/Trailer)
REPORTS TO:
COO SUMMARY The Crew Chief manages kitchen staff, oversees daily operations, maintains brand standards, and ensures smooth execution at public and private events. This role is based in Forest Hill, MD and designated off-site locations TBD
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Control food and labor costs; maintain and report inventorySupervise, train, and schedule food truck teamEnforce food consistency, policies, and sanitation standardsSupport menu specials, guest experience, and mechanical maintenanceSubmit daily recaps (performance, issues, feedback) Cover shifts as neededBuild and maintain relationships at event sitesCollaborate on event planning and performance tracking REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years in a high-volume kitchen or management roleServSafe certified in MarylandReliable transportation (towing experience a plus) Strong leadership, positive attitude, and attention to detailAbility to lift 30+ lbs and work on your feet for long periods WHO YOU ARE A proactive, results-driven leaderCalm under pressure and confident giving feedbackStrategic thinker who leads by exampleValues teamwork and accountability COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $20/hr + tipsAnnual bonus potential 100% shift meal ABOUT US Fuzzies Burgers is one of Baltimore's fastest-growing food brands.
