Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick-fil-A Supply Fort Lauderdale Distribution Center located in Weston, FL. Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM until the work is done: 4-Day Workweek (4 10 hour days) The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts Location 3325 Meridian Pkwy, Weston, FL 33331 Pay Starting at $21.25 per hour

Responsibilities: As a Warehouse Associate, you are a key driver in the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse Efficiency and Organization: You’ll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products Safety First: Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks and keeping our warehouse clean and safe Communication and Care: Connecting with care with everyone you come in contact with Additional Opportunities and Professional Development: Other duties and growth opportunities may also be assigned
Required Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)Extreme Temperature: Working in rotation through extreme temperatures(-10F to 100F) is required to keep our food safe! Heavy Weights: Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds.
Education: High School DiplomaorGED Ability to understand and communicate job-related information in English (reading, writing, and speaking) at the level reasonably necessary to safely and accurately perform the essential functions of the role, including, for example, understanding and safely following verbal instructions, completing documentation and work responsibilities, and accurately reading and interpreting company communications and policies like safety procedures, training, and tests
