We're looking for Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with amazing kids on the autism spectrum—and trust us, no two days are ever the same! Behavior Technician - Part Time (Afternoons/Evenings 3pm-7pm) $19 - $23.99/hr *Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).Not registered as a Behavior Tech? Don't worry, we provide supervision for those working towards their RBT certification. Newly hired Behavior Techs will receive a pay increase upon the successful completion of the required Behavior Technician coursework and exam (usually within the first 90 days of employment).

  • Help to improve students' communication skills, social skills, play skills, motor skills, self-help skills, school readiness skills, and self-management skills
  • Maintain accurate records through daily documentation of student progress and adherence to prescribed behavior plan
  • Work collaboratively with the client's parent, teacher, and other allied specialists to implement positive interventions
Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GEDWillingness to take the RBT course and exam Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite) Auto Insurance (minimum of 25/50k liability coverage)and have the ability to travel to multiple locationsmust clear IChatEnvironment & Physical Qualifications:

  • Moderate to loud noise levels and physical demands may vary
