About the role
Asana, Inc. is seeking a Head of Research to lead a high-impact, mixed-method research practice spanning UX Research and Quantitative Market Research. You will partner across Product, Design, Engineering, and go-to-market teams to translate insights into strategic decisions and roadmaps.
You will build and lead a research function that informs product direction, customer needs, and business outcomes while adopting modern AI tools to increase velocity and coverage.
