About the role
- Oversee the day-to-day readiness and functionality of the principal's residence
- Handle mail, packages, laundry, stocking, light household resets, and general organization
- Prepare the home for arrivals and departures
- Coordinate with housekeeper and other vendors as needed
- Ensure the residence is clean, organized, and operating smoothly in between deep cleans
- Monitor household needs and handle issues proactively
- Support lifestyle-related tasks and last-minute requests
- Coordinate logistics for guests, deliveries, reservations, and other on-the-ground needs
- Partner closely with the Chief of Staff / EA, who will provide visibility into the principal's schedule and movements
- Be available to pivot quickly when plans change
- Experience in house management, personal assistance, lifestyle support, or a similar hybrid role
- Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently without hand-holding
- Flexible and responsive with a no-task-too-small mentality
- Strong judgment and common sense
- Comfortable rolling up sleeves and handling whatever is needed
- Able to manage changing priorities and anticipate needs before being asked
- Professional, discreet, and service-minded
- Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals strongly preferred
- Important NotesThis is not a pure housekeeping role
- A housekeeper will support deep cleaning, but this person should be comfortable maintaining day-to-day order and handling hands-on household tasks when needed
- The home is a condo, not a large estate
- The principal is away often, but the expectation is that the home remains fully prepared and well-managed at all times
