About the role
To support a growing team, the remote Licensed Health Insurance Representative will educate customers on policy options, identify additional product opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while working from home.
Key responsibilities
Educate customers on health insurance policy options and required documentation
Identify and share additional products that align with customer needs
Document customer interactions thoroughly to ensure service continuity
Required qualifications
Active resident health insurance license
Six months of customer service experience
High school diploma or GED
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
Passion for helping others with a patient and empathetic nature
