About the role
PDS Tech is seeking an Organizational Change/Training Analyst in Tempe, AZ for a 12-month contract. The role focuses on training program development, enterprise communications, and migrating content to Microsoft 365 to boost adoption of new tools. You’ll collaborate across teams, design workshops, and support change initiatives with a growth mindset.
Hybrid work arrangement: on-site 2 days per week (Wed + one other day). Pay ranges from $38.00 to $47.58 per hour, depending on experience.
