About the role

Cyvl, Inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with major city and agency customers, starting in New York City. You will configure Cyvl against agency data, prototype outputs with Claude Code, and build custom integrations that scale across U.S. cities. You will lead onboarding and training for field ops, IT, and agency leadership, drive expansion, and contribute to playbooks for nationwide adoption. Based in NYC or SF with on-site client work.
