About the role
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Lead - Customer Rebate Automation to lead the transformation of customer rebate programs from manual, spreadsheet-driven processes into an integrated and automated platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer rebates, incentives, trade promotions, pricing, or revenue management, along with a solid understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, data governance, and financial controls. This role will own product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and delivery while partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Credit, Merchandising, and Technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Customer Rebate Automation. Lead automation across the rebate lifecycle, including customer enrollment, program assignment, eligibility, calculations, settlements, and reporting. Translate complex business rules into clear, scalable product requirements and capabilities. Define requirements around customer hierarchies, account relationships, eligibility rules, exceptions, payout controls, and financial reporting. Drive integration strategy across rebate platforms, CRM, ERP, MDM, data, and payment platforms. Partner with technology teams to deliver integrations involving Salesforce, Reltio MDM, Oracle Cloud ERP, Kafka, Snowflake, and payment platforms. Establish strong data governance, auditability, operational processes, and financial controls. Lead cross-functional teams and implementation partners through product delivery and adoption. Identify and resolve process, data, and architecture gaps while driving measurable business outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Product Management, Enterprise Systems, Business Transformation, or Incentive Management. Proven experience with customer rebate, incentive, loyalty, trade promotion, pricing, or revenue management initiatives. Strong understanding of customer hierarchies, account structures, eligibility, settlements, and financial controls. Experience translating complex business rules into scalable product requirements. Hands-on experience with enterprise integrations involving Salesforce, Reltio MDM, Oracle Cloud ERP (GL/AP/AR), Kafka, Snowflake, and/or payment platforms. Strong understanding of API, SFTP, batch, or event-driven integration patterns. Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology teams. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in retail, wholesale distribution, automotive, manufacturing, consumer products, or B2B environments. Experience with customer rebate SaaS applications. Experience building customer-facing portals, dashboards, or self-service reporting. Familiarity with modern cloud and event-driven architectures.
