About the role
Working remotely within Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah, the full-time Membership Administrator will process enrollment applications, manage billing discrepancies, and provide customer service for various health care programs while contributing to an economically sustainable health care system.
Key responsibilities
Process and maintain enrollment applications, ensuring accuracy of eligibility data and member information
Generate, review, and reconcile individual and group billings, ensuring compliance with corporate standards
Provide customer service through written correspondence and phone, addressing inquiries and making necessary corrections
Required qualifications
High School diploma or GED
1 year of accounts receivable or customer billing experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook or comparable software
Strong math skills with the ability to perform calculations effectively
Experience with AI tools to enhance productivity is highly desired
