Temp to Perm Front Office Coordinator, New YorkCareer Group Companies is seeking a polished, personable Front Office Coordinator to join our internal team. As an integral part of our office, youll help create a welcoming, professional environment for our recruiters, candidates, clients, and guests while keeping daily office operations organized and running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys being at the heart of a collaborative office environment. What youll do:Welcome and direct clients, candidates, visitors, and guests with warmth and professionalism Answer and route incoming calls, taking accurate messages and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members Manage conference room and common-area calendars and coordinate meeting setups Receive, organize, and distribute incoming mail and packages Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders and keeping shared spaces fully stocked Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming reception area, kitchen, conference rooms, and common areas Coordinate building access for employees and visitors Assist with internal meetings, company events, and office initiatives Provide administrative support to internal teams and take on special projects as needed Why youre perfect for this:You have 1-3+ years of experience in a receptionist, front office, administrative, hospitality, or customer service role You have a polished, professional presence and genuinely enjoy working with people Youre an exceptional communicator with a warm and service-oriented approach Youre highly organized and can confidently prioritize multiple requests at once Youre proactive, resourceful, and comfortable finding solutions independently You have strong attention to detail and take pride in keeping an office running smoothly Youre proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new office systems and technology Youre a collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
