ATEAM is a members-only app connecting humans through health, fitness, and shared values, for dating and friendships. We're launching first in NYC and we believe one thing above everything else: connection is health. Our members have optimized their training, their nutrition, their recovery. ATEAM exists for the part they haven't figured out yet: human connection.
Role Overview:
We're hiring a Graphic Designer to bring ATEAM's visual identity to life across every touchpoint our members and prospective members see: email, ads, event flyers, and in-app moments. This role is for someone with a strong point of view and taste level to match. You'll work closely with our Founder and CEO to translate campaigns into visuals that feel unmistakably ATEAM.There's real runway to grow into a full-time position as ATEAM scales. What You'll Own Email campaigns: Designing templates and one-off sends that maximize engagement for current ATEAM members. Experience designing for apps (not just CPG or retail brands) is important. Event flyers: Digital assets for ATEAM events, partnerships, and studio activations. Static ad creative: Paid social assets for Meta and Google, with a real understanding of what design actually performs in the social ad feed. In-app and web assetsas needed to support product moments and campaigns. Motion graphicsfor in-app and ads is a strong plus.
What We're Looking For:
Portfolio that shows taste, especially if you've designed for premium or luxury brands. Expert in Figma and Canva. Comfortable jumping between tools depending on the deliverable. Motion design skills (After Effects, Rive, or similar) are a plus. Fast turnarounds without sacrificing quality. Fluency in the wellness, fitness, and lifestyle brand landscape. Background designing for a consumer brand, startup, fitness studio, or agency.
