Customer Claims Representative - Crystal River Join the Service Pros Auto Glassteam inside our partnered dealerships! You’ll engage customers, spot glass-replacement opportunities, and coordinate quick, professional service — all while building strong relationships and developing a personal team. This role is perfect for ateachable person who loves being part of a supportive, winning team.
What You’ll Do: Engage customersin the service drive and identify windshield replacement needs. Educate and guidecustomers through their options and next steps. Build strong relationships withservice advisors, managers, and technicians. Encourage dealership referrals and hitdaily/weekly sales goals. Schedule and coordinateon-site glass services. Keep accurate records of leads, interactions, and completed jobs. Represent the company with aprofessional, positive attitude. What Makes You a Great Fit: Experience incustomer service or salesis a plus, but not required. Strongcommunicationandpeople skills. Aself-motivated, proactive approach — you enjoy taking the lead. Team-oriented mindset with a friendly, professional appearance. Valid driver’s licenseand reliable transportation.
