About the role

Base Power Company is seeking a senior electronics design engineer to own the electrical architecture for our energy storage systems, including inverters, BMS, and interconnect devices, from concept to high‑volume production. This is a foundational leadership role with hands‑on credibility to guide the technical direction. You will build and mentor a team of engineers, set design standards, and drive product improvements across power, control, and communications domains, in a fast‑paced startup
