About the role

Mistral is hiring a Head of FDE Learning Programs to design and scale the learning system for a fast-growing organization. You will build content, onboarding paths, and bootcamps, while leading a network of instructors and a program operations model across regions. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Science, People, and regional leaders to ensure consistent readiness standards and measurable impact for hundreds of Deployment Engineers and Applied AI Engineers within two years.
