What you'll do: Operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building automation systems. Run the preventive maintenance program and close out work orders in the CMMS. Diagnose and repair equipment faults; escalate and coordinate vendors where needed. Support tenant service requests and keep client spaces running without disruption. Maintain compliance with safety, environmental and building-code requirements.
What you'll bring: Hands-on building maintenance, HVAC or multi-trade facilities experience. Universal EPA 608, journeyman license, stationary engineer license or equivalent (role-dependent). Comfort with BMS/BAS platforms and CMMS work-order systems. Strong troubleshooting instincts and a customer-first approach.
