Seeking a relationship-driven Community Growth Coordinator on a contract basis to build Walrus's presence in AI and non-web3 communities, focusing on community engagement, program support, and event logistics in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Identify and engage new AI-native and non-web3 communities, fostering genuine relationships and driving engagement Support community programs by reviewing applications, evaluating participants, and managing logistics for new initiatives Coordinate and track event logistics, ensuring consistent feedback and visibility across all community events Required qualifications Demonstrated active presence within AI-focused or non-web3 online communities, with established relationships and reputation Experience in initiating and growing relationships with new communities Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage applications and evaluations independently Familiarity with community engagement platforms such as Discord, Reddit, and X Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
