About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our client's team, focused on developing new business across enterprise retail and restaurant merchants. In this role, you will sell payment terminals, POS/ECR hardware, SoftPOS, unattended payment devices, and related software solutions. The ideal candidate brings experience selling payment technology directly into enterprise retail and restaurant merchants, with a track record of developing new business and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
What You Will Do: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise retail and restaurant merchants Own the sales cycle from prospecting and solution development through negotiation and close Build relationships with key decision-makers across enterprise accounts Understand each customer's payment environment, business requirements, and technology needs to develop the appropriate solution Sell payment terminals, POS/ECR hardware, SoftPOS, unattended payment devices, and related software solutions Sell Android, Linux, and Windows-based products and solutions Work with customers operating complex, multi-location retail and restaurant environments Develop new relationships while expanding opportunities within existing strategic accounts Manage opportunities involving payment hardware, POS/ECR systems, and integrated payment solutions Maintain sales activity, pipeline, and opportunity information in Salesforce Forecast revenue and provide monthly updates Partner with internal teams throughout the sales and implementation process Travel throughout the assigned territory and attend relevant industry events and trade shows What You Bring 5+ years of successful sales experience within payments or payment technology Experience selling directly into enterprise retail and restaurant merchants Experience selling payment terminals, payment devices, POS/ECR hardware, or related payment technology Experience selling into complex, multi-location merchant environments Understanding of enterprise sales cycles involving multiple business and technical stakeholders Proven track record of developing new business and closing strategic accounts Experience selling both payment hardware and POS/ECR solutionsCRM experience, preferably Salesforce Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Power Point Strong presentation and relationship management skills
