About the role
Kairos Power is seeking its first in-house labor and employment attorney to advise on a wide range of employment, labor, and compliance matters. You will provide practical legal guidance on hiring, investigations, discipline, leaves of absence, wage and hour, and discrimination issues, with ownership over assigned areas as the company grows.
Work location in Alameda, CA (hybrid). You will partner with People Operations and other stakeholders to develop policies and training, monitor regulatory
