About the role

Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with a well-established organization in the aftermarket auto parts industry to identify an experienced Regional Manager to lead multi-location operations across Mississippi, the Florida Panhandle, Southern Alabama, and Southern Georgia. This is a remote, home-based role. The Regional Manager must reside within the assigned territory (MS, FL Panhandle, South AL, or South GA) and will travel up to 30% throughout the region. The Regional Manager will oversee District Managers and their respective locations, with responsibility for driving sales and profitability, developing strong leaders, improving operational performance, strengthening commercial customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for continued market growth.
What You Will Do: Own regional P&L performance, with accountability for achieving sales and profit objectives Drive market expansion and revenue growth across the assigned multi-state territory Provide leadership and direction to District Managers overseeing multiple locations throughout the region Establish and monitor sales goals, performance expectations, and key operating metrics Analyze sales results, market trends, customer demand, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities Evaluate existing and potential markets to support expansion and business development initiatives Partner with District Managers to improve performance, control costs, and achieve financial objectives Coach, mentor, and develop District Managers and other leaders throughout the region Support hiring, training, performance management, and employee development Ensure consistent execution of company policies, operating procedures, and safety standards Provide guidance on complex customer, sales, personnel, and operational issues Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting local sales and business development efforts Maintain a strong field presence through regular visits to locations throughout the territory Represent the organization at industry and trade association events as appropriate Lead and participate in regular meetings, training sessions, and leadership initiatives Travel up to 30% throughout the assigned region What You Will Have:8+ years of experience in automotive, heavy-duty, agricultural, commercial, or related parts industries 8+ years of progressive management experience, including leading managers and developing high-performing teams Proven multi-site leadership experience across multiple locations, markets, or territories Experience driving sales growth, profitability, and operational performance Strong knowledge of parts distribution, inventory management, and branch or store operations Experience serving commercial customers across repair, fleet, trucking, agriculture, collision, or similar markets Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, costs, and overall financial performance Ability to analyze sales and operational results and identify opportunities for growth and improvement Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferredASE certifications preferred, but not required Must reside within the assigned territory and be able to travel up to 30%
