Description:
The Director of Operations oversees all aspects of sign fabrication, installation, and operational performance within the division. This role is responsible for driving efficiency, quality, safety, and profitability across multiple departments. The Director of Operations ensures alignment between production, project management, sales, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality signage on time and within budget, while implementing systems that support scalability and long-term growth.\\*\\*This role will be located in Lindon, Utah. We require 5-8 years of sign and install leadership experience so if you do not have this, please do not apply. All candidates with under 5 years of leadership expereince in a sign and install business will be rejected.\\*\\*If a qualified candidate is not in the Lindon, Utah area, a relocation package will be avaiable.We are not looking for a leader with similar or comparable leadership expereince. We are looking for a senior level leader that has deep knowledge and extensive understanding of the sign and install industry. This is not a promotional, next career step role.
