Commercial Real Estate Accounting Position A privately held, entrepreneurial, and retail-focused commercial real estate company with expertise encompassing the various facets of real estate investments, entitlement, redevelopment, and asset management seeks qualified candidate with strong accounting / bookkeeping, communication, and teamwork skills to support a portfolio of single and multi-tenant retail assets in Miami-Dade County.
Essential duties and responsibilities include: Property AR and APCAM RECSTrack and monitor tenant ledgersPost and process journal entries at the end on monthIssue and prepare invoices and apply paymentsReconciling intercompany AR/APPerform credit card reconciliationsAssist Controller in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statementsAssist other departments such Property Management and Brokerage with reviewing of expenses and payment processingUpdate financial data in a timely and accurate mannerAd hoc accounting projectsQualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Bookkeeper certificate - preferred 3-5 years' experience working in Commercial Real Estate Accounting a MUSTExperience in QuickBooks and Yardi Voyager highly preferredKnowledge of NNN (Triple Net) leasesOrganized hands onGood judgmentPosition requires to work in the office 100%
