Strategic AdministratorTurning Point Action is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Strategic Administrator to support our nationally recognized Chase the Vote initiative.This role blends data analysis, administrative coordination, and field support. You'll work closely with both the Data and Admin teams to track voter trends, manage critical information, and help execute large-scale grassroots efforts across America.If you love spreadsheets, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to be directly involved in impactful political workthis role is for you.Primary responsibilities include:Maintain and analyze voter data using platforms such as Google Sheets and L2Track voting patterns, demographics, and turnout trendsAssist in building reports, guides, and materials for field operationsSupport day-to-day administrative needs of the Chase the Vote programCoordinate with field teams to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiencyOrganize and prepare training materials, event packets, and outreach resourcesRespond to internal team inquiries and provide timely solutionsAssist in planning and executing ballot-chasing efforts and events across AmericaHelp distribute campaign materials and coordinate logistics for trainings and activationsMinimum qualifications include:1+ year of experience in administrative, data, or operations rolesStrong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)Highly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAlignment with Turning Point Action's mission and valuesAbility to work in-office at our Phoenix, Arizona headquartersWow! skills include:Experience in political campaigns, grassroots organizing, or voter dataFamiliarity with tools like Airtable, Streak, SQL, or ArcGISAbility to interpret data trends and translate them into actionable insightsBackground in data analytics, political science, or a related fieldExperience supporting large-scale field or volunteer operationsAll applicants will be subject to a background check and would be required to sign an NDA for employment.
