Description:
- Design, architect, and implement enterprise-scale IDP and Capture solutions using Tungsten Total Agility (KTA).Develop business processes, embedded processes, subprocesses, process fragments, business rules, custom forms, work queues, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
- Configure and support Kofax Capture and KTM environments.
- Implement document classification, extraction, validation, and workflow automation capabilities.
- Develop REST API integrations with ECM, databases, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, estimation, deployment support, and production troubleshooting.
- Experience leading onsite/offshore teams.
- Architecture and solution design experience.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Banking and Insurance domain experience.
- Kofax/Tungsten certifications preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to drive technical discussions with business and client teams.
- Strong mentoring and leadership skills.
- Skills Requird 10+ years of Kofax/Tungsten Automation experience.5+ years of Kofax Total
- Agility experience.10+ years of Kofax Capture experience.5+ years of KTM experience.8+ years of .NET development experience.
- Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, REST APIs, AWS, OCR, and enterprise document processing platforms.
- Configure OCR/ICR engines.
- Implement content-based, layout-based, and script-based classification.
- Develop extraction solutions using format locators, advanced zone locators, script locators, and table extraction techniques.
- Maintain and optimize knowledge bases and validation rules.
