State Collection Service Inc. is seeking a Remote Extended Business Office (EBO) Supervisor to lead our EBO Customer Service Representatives who handle patient inquiries, billing and payments, and client communication. The role focuses on performance, workflow, coaching, quality, and compliance. You will manage schedules, mentor staff, handle escalations, and ensure accurate data entry and adherence to FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA.
