About the role
About Zoom Drain Zoom Drain is a growing, customer-focused company specializing in drain and sewer services for homeowners and businesses. As the continuation of a third-generation family business, we're known for fast, reliable solutions that put customers first, and built on our core values of Grit, Responsibility, Optimism, and Willingness.
We invest in our people. Real training, real advancement, and a challenging environment for people who want to build a career, not just clock in.
The Role:
Our Solutions Advisors are a core part of the install division. This is an estimator/sales role, compensated on a base + commission structure. You'll respond to inbound leads and visit customers on-site to scope the work and provide estimates. No cold calling - every appointment is scheduled for you. You walk in as the expert with a warm lead, not a stranger with a pitch.
What You'll Be Doing:
Run scheduled sales appointments at customer homes and businesses
Assess each customer's plumbing needs and recommend the right solution
Present multiple options and pricing so customers can make an informed choice
Follow up by phone and email to close the loop and win the business
Hit your sales targets, month over month
Meet install crews on-site to hand off the job and set them up for a smooth start
What You Bring:
Previous plumbing, home services or construction sales experience preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills. You can explain options clearly and make people feel confident in their decision
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a busy schedule
What We Offer:
Base + commission: $80,000-$120,000 OTE
Real career advancement
Medical benefits
Company vehicle and gas card
Health, dental, and vision insurance
SIMPLE IRA with company match
Paid time off and holidays

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
