Role: Lead restaurant operations and drive the strategy and performance of a key business function. Program Length: 2.5 Years This isn’t just a job. It’s a 2.5-year career launchpad. What You’ll Do: You’ll take ownership of one key business area and lead strategy and performance: Talent | Operations | Marketing Your week looks like: Leading a team of 60+ people Hands-on restaurant operations (35–40 hrs/week)Strategic work on your department (5–10 hrs/week)Solving problems, building systems, and leveling up the business Collaborating with other leaders on big goals Tracking expenses, growing profits Developing the next generation of leaders
