About the role
Amazon is seeking a Recruiting Business Partner to build and manage talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and close searches on tight deadlines. You will shape talent attraction strategies and leverage benchmarks and metrics to optimize hiring outcomes.
You will work with a team including Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators, prioritizing customer SLAs and delivering high-quality service to internal clients. This role can be based in Seattle or other Amazon hubs.
