About the role
To ensure the accuracy and integrity of auditing processes, the full-time Kansas Operations Auditor will perform audits on systems entries, manage data review processes, and compile findings to recommend improvements, all while working remotely within Kansas.
Key responsibilities
Audit accuracy of new group setups, existing contract changes, and group terminations
Design and implement data review processes to meet regulatory and operational requirements
Compile audit findings and report to management, recommending modifications to operations and systems
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
3+ years of auditing or process improvement experience, preferably in a managed care setting
Knowledge of state contract and accreditation requirements
Experience with auditing case files and recommending process improvements
Familiarity with LTSS, Home- and Community-Based Services, or managed care audit activities is preferred
