- RequiredUndergraduate degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience with healthcare, managed care and/or health insurance data analysis, business operations, or application development
- Proficient in market research & data collection
- Experience and comfort in engaging and managing diverse cross-functional teams
- Able to explain relationships between functional elements (capabilities), overarching product and business strategy
- Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
- Self-motivated with a mindset of continuous learning
- Understanding of development methodologies
- Expert ability to clearly articulate problems
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
