Thank you for your interest in joining the Nusenda team! We are currently seeking an MVD Specialist to join Nusenda Credit Union. As an MVD Specialist, you will provide support to Service Delivery staff and members with MVD related questions, requests, issues, and additional guidance. You will process MVD titles and lien perfections for Indirect and Consumer auto loans. You will conduct monthly MVD audits on pending titles for proper follow-up and to comply with regulatory required timeframes. You will work with Indirect department to resolve pending title and lien perfection issues, and identifies process improvements, system enhancements, and makes recommendations towards the overall quality of processes, workflows, and related reporting.
What You'll Do: Provide support to Service Delivery staff and members with MVD related questions, requests, issues, and additional guidance. Administers temp tags and works with MVD Now to coordinate document pickup and delivery. Provides common error information to the Training department procedural gaps and for additional training opportunities. Works with Indirect department to resolve pending title and lien perfection issues. Maintain working knowledge of regulatory MVD requirements pertaining to forms, policies, and procedures.
What You'll Need: One year to three years of similar or related experience. High School Diploma
Key Skills and Experience: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to work with multiple levels of the organization. Ensure compliance with Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to areas of responsibilities. Troubleshoot and resolve member and internal inquiries in a timely, friendly, and accurate manner. Nusenda Credit Union is an equal opportunity employer.
