About the role

We're seeking a highly organized, hands-on Program Manager to support the Head of the Global Operations Center of Excellence (COE). The team is building the company's data and analytics foundation, including executive dashboards, enterprise data solutions, and AI-driven initiatives. This is a delivery-focused role for someone who thrives on bringing structure to fast-moving priorities, driving accountability, and ensuring projects stay on track. Technical teams own the solution; you own the plan, priorities, execution, and visibility.Pay Range:$110-130/HR ON W2Responsibilities: Own and manage a centralized portfolio of Data & Analytics initiatives in Asana.Lead intake, prioritization, and tracking of new requests and projects.Drive integrated project plans, manage dependencies, and remove blockers.Run weekly operating cadences and leadership reviews with clear RAG reporting.Maintain RAID logs and provide leadership with a trusted view of project health, risks, and progress.Partner with technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.Required Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, PMO, or Chief of Staff roles.Proven success managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.Strong experience with Asana (preferred), Jira, Smartsheet, or similar portfolio management tools.Expertise in RAID management, RAG reporting, and project governance.Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Slack, and/or Microsoft Teams. Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and stakeholder management skills.
