Position: Corporate Receptionist Location: New York, New York Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite 5 days a week Compensation: 75,000-90,000 Position OverviewThe Corporate Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, coordinating office services, and supporting administrative needs across the firm. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. ResponsibilitiesProvide a professional and welcoming experience for clients, visitors, and team members Manage front desk operations including guest registrations, greeting guests, coordinating check-ins, and maintaining the OA visitor tracking log Answer and route incoming calls with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality Maintain the reception area and guest coat closet to reflect the firms standards of order and presentation Coordinate weekly inter-office shipments, express deliveries (FedEx/DHL), and ad hoc courier requests Process special shipping needs in a timely and secure manner Oversee weekly payment reconciliation for shipping services Track and manage Amazon order approvals and follow-ups Maintain and replenish the firms tea point and wellness station; ensure the Top Brewer machine is stocked and functioning properly Fulfill and manage office subscription services and maintain login records Distribute and track commuter benefits for staff in accordance with internal policies Compile and disseminate weekly office calendar to ensure alignment across offices Assume meeting support responsibilities including guest registrations, conference room bookings, and setup Serve as a backup to administrative assistants and assist with overflow or time-sensitive requests Facilitate special order fulfillment requests for various departments across the firm Required Experience/Skills35 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role, ideally within financial services or a corporate environment Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and judgment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office technologies Preferred Experience/SkillsFamiliarity with visitor and office management systems Strong organizational skills with a solutions-oriented approach Proactive approach with the ability to multi-task Education RequirementsBachelor's Degree
