About the role

UPholdings is seeking a Director of Supportive Housing to lead the growth and operations of our supportive housing portfolio. You will supervise a national team of Community Partnership Managers and Tenant Support Managers, ensuring accountability and high performance in alignment with regulatory commitments. You will partner with Development, Operations and Compliance to align program strategies, evaluate policies, secure grants, and report outcomes across properties.
