About the role

Company Description: AIRES (AI Research & Entrepreneurship Scholars) provides year-round, hands-on mentorship in AI, engineering, and entrepreneurship for middle and high school students. Our programs include residential summer experiences held on university campuses such as Yale and UC Berkeley. Students work with experienced mentors to identify meaningful problems and develop original research and innovation projects, from initial concept through testing and presentation.
Role Description: AIRES is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing strategy and directly manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and ChatGPT Ads. Paid acquisition is the primary focus, with the goal of generating qualified parent inquiries, applications, and enrollments. You’ll also manage organic social media content and work with the enrollment team to understand which campaigns reach families who are a good fit for our programs.
Responsibilities: Develop the digital marketing strategy for AIRES programs, setting campaign goals, budgets, audiences, and timelines around key application and enrollment periods. Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and ChatGPT Ads. Test ad copy, creative, and landing pages, and adjust budgets based on performance. Set up conversion tracking and report on ad spend, cost per qualified inquiry, and, where measurable, applications and enrollments driven by paid campaigns. Use feedback from the enrollment team to improve lead quality. Manage the organic social media calendar, create and publish content, and keep program information current across AIRES channels.
Required Qualifications: Hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and ChatGPT Ads, including campaign setup, budget management, performance monitoring, and optimization. Experience developing a digital marketing strategy and using campaign data to decide which campaigns to scale, revise, or pause. Ability to manage campaigns independently while working with a remote team. Experience creating marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, marketing emails, landing pages, or ad creative.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience marketing education programs or other services to parents and families. Experience in consultative sales or enrollment advising, with a willingness to speak directly with parents, follow up with prospective families, and close enrollments when needed.
What success looks like: Paid campaigns consistently generate qualified inquiries within budget. You can show which channels, messages, and offers lead to applications and enrollments, and use that evidence to guide the next round of spending.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
