The Clare is recruiting for a hospitality focused Admissions Nurse Manager to join our team! This position is responsible for clinically admitting residents to Skilled Nursing. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an Admissions Nurse Manager: Clinically admit new residents to Skilled Nursing. Ensure that the necessary equipment is in place to meet the residents’ needs. Supports the Admissions & Outreach Manager with managing all aspects of the admissions process, from initial inquiry through move-in. Complete onsite or virtual pre-admission assessments at hospitals and other care settings as directed. Collaborate with the LCS Clinical Consultant to ensure consistency in LCS standards. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing admission practices. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: Registered nursing license in the State of Illinois Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in admissions, intake, or case management in a senior living, long-term care, or healthcare setting. Experience in evaluating clinical information and making placement decisions. Familiarity with PointClickCare a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products
