ilionx healthcare zoekt een Change & Adoptie Consultant die organisaties succesvol helpt veranderen. In deze rol ben je de schakel tussen strategie en uitvoering en werk je met diverse lagen binnen de organisatie. Je adviseert over veranderaanpakken en ontwikkelt trainingsplannen.
Wij bieden een salaris tussen de € 3.500 en € 6.000, mobiliteitsvergoeding, pensioenregeling, en mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
