About the role

ASTEMO AMERICAS, INC. seeks a senior finance leader to direct all Finance & Accounting activities for the manufacturing site. You will partner with the Plant Head and leadership to ensure accurate IFRS reporting, strong internal controls, and optimization of working capital and cash flow. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory management, and capital investment, while guiding audits and ensuring compliance across the site.
