Ardent Mills seeks a Maintenance and Reliability Manager to lead the maintenance and reliability teams at a Martins Creek, PA facility. You will set the vision and strategies, oversee repairs, manage budgets, and coordinate with operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient plant performance. You will drive reliability improvements, supervise maintenance staff and contractors, and implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs while aligning with Ardent Mills’ safety and quality
