About the role

The Summit Church is seeking an Associate Campus Director of Men’s Discipleship and Prayer for the Capital Hills Campus. This role leads men’s evangelism, builds a campus strategy, recruits and coaches volunteer leaders, and promotes a culture of prayer across ministries and weekend services. You will supervise men’s initiatives, attend staff meetings, and coordinate campus-wide prayer events while modeling spiritual maturity and a strong commitment to the church’s vision.
