The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment. The sales representative will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business, as well as maintaining and growing existing accounts.
Responsibilities: Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques. Build and maintain relationships with new existing customers Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual set targets. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers Negotiate and close deals with customers Continuously update CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong Organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft office and CRM software Knowledge of using a measuring tape. Knowledge of using and verbiage Construction tools and equipment is a plus.
