Position Overview: Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support outside sales representatives by managing customer accounts, generating quotes, processing orders, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills & Experience• Previous inside sales, customer service, or account support experience.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.• Proficiency with CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred. Nice to Have Skills & Experience• Experience in distribution, industrial, or manufacturing environments is a plus.• P21 experience is a plus. Responsibilities: • Support outside sales representatives within an assigned territory.• Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, and order status.• Prepare and follow up on customer quotes.• Process orders accurately and efficiently.• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.• Follow up on inbound leads and identify new sales opportunities.• Qualify opportunities and coordinate with outside sales representatives.• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM.• Collaborate with customer service, purchasing, warehouse, and fulfillment teams.• Meet sales goals and support overall business growth. Compensation: $23-26/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
