About the role
DCI Donor Services Tissue Bank in Nashville is seeking a Director of Processing Operations to lead the design, implementation and oversight of all processing functions. The role drives a culture of quality and ensures on-time delivery while partnering with departments on new product launches and process improvements.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years in tissue banking leadership, CTBS preferred, and a proven ability to manage budgets and teams.
